My wife and I have bought and sold seven properties over the years. We have experience with five different real estate agents based upon the necessary fluctuations of life or diverse state locations. Most agents will get you to the finish line, but none of them seemed to have all the attributes we wanted in one package. Some agents understood the market, but never returned your phone call. Some agents promised you the world to list your house, but then disappeared after you signed the contract. We came to the simple conclusion that no real estate agent was perfect.

Out of everyone we worked with throughout the home buying process Tori was by far the most helpful person! From the first time meeting over the phone it was clear she was very experienced and was able to quickly understand what we were looking for in our first home and within minutes of getting off the phone she was sending us multiple listing that fit our requirements perfectly. My line of work requires me to be away from home for extended periods of time and we are extremely grateful how accommodating she was in working mostly over emails & phone calls and even was willing to take late night/ early morning phone calls when I was working in different time zones. During the closing process she was fantastic at coordinating meetings, walk thru's, inspection, etc all while dealing with a selling agent who was not as helpful and in our opinion was difficult to work with at times. She would communicate with us daily if not multiple times a day and put in more work in the final days before closing than we would have ever expected.
